Victory VCI Specs

Victory VCI® Bags are engineered to meet the highest safety and regulatory standards across industrial, retail, tactical, and defense applications. Every material used in our bags is selected for performance, compliance, and long-term reliability.

Non-Toxic Materials

Victory VCI® Bags are manufactured without nitrates, nitrites, lead, cadmium, mercury, flame retardants, hexavalent chromium, PFOS, or asbestos. They are designed for clean, compliant rust prevention across industrial, retail, and tactical applications — with no hazardous substances introduced to your gear or environment.

GRAS Approved

While Victory VCI® is not intended for use with food, drugs, or cosmetics, it is classified as Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) under sections 201(s) and 409 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. This FDA designation supports safe handling and storage across a wide range of environments.

RoHS Compliant

Victory VCI® materials meet RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) standards, making them safe for use with electrical systems, circuit boards, and sensitive electronic components. RoHS regulations restrict substances including lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, and certain flame retardants in electronics and electrical equipment.

TSCA Approved

The Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) regulates how chemicals are introduced and managed in the United States. Victory VCI® materials are listed in the EPA TSCA Inventory, ensuring full compliance for the manufacturing, processing, and importation of our packaging materials.

MIL-DTL-22020E Standards

How VCI Technology Works

Victory VCI® Bags meet military standards for Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) protection. Using MIL-PRF-22019E-approved technology, they release a safe, odorless vapor that forms a molecular barrier on metal surfaces — preventing rust and tarnish without oils, desiccants, or secondary agents.

Product Features

The bags feature a transparent light blue tint for easy visual inspection of contents and an open-end design for flexible sealing options, including heat sealing. Built from heavy-duty, tear-resistant materials, they provide reliable protection against moisture, humidity, and environmental corrosion threats.

Storage & Shelf Life

Ideal for long-term storage or transport, Victory VCI® Bags offer a five-year shelf life in climate-controlled conditions and remain actively effective for over 3 years in use once sealed.
