12 reusable bags. Two sizes. $31.98.
The Victory VCI® Complete Storage Set includes 12 rust prevention bags: one Long Gun 3-pack and one Handgun & Ammo 9-pack. The bags use vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI) technology to protect stored firearms, ammunition and magazines from rust and corrosion for 3+ years. No oils, no sprays, no teardown needed.
Protection is 3+ years when properly enclosed and stored. 30-day returns — see return policy for conditions.

- Made in USA by Victory Plastic, Inc. (since 2009)
Protect your long guns—and the smaller gear you store with them
Use the Long Gun bags for rifles and shotguns, and the smaller bags for handguns, magazines, ammunition, and metal accessories.
Both sizes use the same heavy-duty VCI film. Choose the size that fits your item with enough extra material to close the opening securely.
Your gear. Your fit. Your choice of closure.
Victory VCI®'s open-top design gives you options. Fold and tuck, tie, tape, or heat seal—choose the method that keeps your bag securely closed and works best for your storage setup.
Use the full bag length or trim excess material to fit your item, leaving enough room to close it securely. One bag, several ways to close it.
Corrosion protection built into the film
VCI stands for vapor corrosion inhibitor. Inside the properly closed bag, the film releases corrosion-inhibiting molecules that form an invisible protective layer on accessible metal surfaces. They can also reach internal areas where there is an air path.
The protection works inside the closed bag while your gear sits in storage.
How to use it
- Place a clean, dry firearm or ammo inside.
- Seal the open end: fold and tuck, tie, tape or heat seal.
Reuse bags when clean and undamaged. Replace torn or damaged bags. Any ties or tape you choose to use, and heat-sealing equipment, are not included.
Tested Victory VCI® film
Tested protection. In APL10 corrosion testing on EN3B steel, Victory VCI film scored Grade 3 (pass) in both 2018 and February 2026. An untreated control scored Grade 0 (fail) and rusted. Results apply to the samples and conditions tested.
The 3+ year storage-protection claim is separate from the laboratory grades.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between the Complete Set and buying packs separately?
The set is one Long Gun pack and one Handgun & Ammo pack together for $31.98, so you can protect your rifles, handguns and ammo in one order.
Do I need to oil my gun before bagging it?
No coating of oil is needed. Start with a clean, dry firearm, and the VCI in the bag protects the metal.
Follow the firearm manufacturer's required lubrication and maintenance instructions.
Can guns rust in a gun safe?
Yes. Moisture in the air can still reach exposed metal. A closed VCI bag adds protection directly around the metal.
Does the set contain two packs or twelve packs?
Two retail packs: one Long Gun 3-pack and one Handgun & Ammo 9-pack. You receive twelve individual bags altogether.
Will my rifle fit?
The long gun bags are 12″ × 48″. Measure your firearm's overall length and leave a few inches to close the end.
Check the widest points too, including the scope. The listed width is the bag's flat width, not its diameter. Leave enough extra material to close the opening securely.
Why does Victory VCI® use an open-top design?
The open top gives you several closure options: fold and tuck, tie, tape, or heat seal. You can also trim excess length to suit your item, leaving enough material to close the bag securely. Choose the fit and closure that work for your storage setup, and keep the bag closed to maintain the protective VCI environment inside.
How long does protection last?
3+ years when the bag is properly closed and stored.
Can I reuse them?
Yes, when clean and undamaged. Replace bags that are torn or damaged. If you trim a bag, make sure it still has enough room to close securely around the next item you store.
Will they remove existing rust?
No. Victory VCI® bags help protect metal during storage; they do not remove existing rust or corrosion.
Can I buy just one size?
Yes. Long Gun 3-packs and Handgun & Ammo 9-packs are also available separately. Shop Long Gun Bags · Shop Handgun & Ammo Bags
